The Taste of Success programme is focused on upskilling learners’ literacy and numeracy skills, with the option of including some NZQA unit standard assessments.

Employees who want to enhance and develop their administration skills; employees who want to develop their skills as new team leaders and supervisors; or those who are looking at moving into supervisory roles.
Who this helps and why
Taste of Success is designed to meet the needs of the learner and the workplace. This is done by conducting a Skills Analysis of each learner at the beginning of the programme and creating programme goals with the company.
This programme can link to the full New Zealand Certificate in Business Level 3 qualification. It develops administration and communication skills.
