Employer-Led Workplace Literacy and Numeracy Fund

The Employer-led Workplace Literacy and Numeracy Fund is an opportunity for New Zealand workplaces to access funding to improve employees’ core skills. This funding is available to develop employees’ capability and systems at work. Accessing this fund gives employers a hotline to the TEC as they own the training and are contacted directly by the TEC when opportunities arise.

Employer-led funding enables workplaces to analyse their processes and procedures to ensure training builds strengths and develop areas for improvement. Edvance will manage this process translating results into the funding application to ensure processes are analysed, recorded and reported. All processes are shared to ensure sustainability for future training. Edvance assist in reporting results before during and at the end of training.

Please ring Jason Totton on 09 869 2227 ext 303 or email jason@edvance.co.nz. Jason would be very happy to project manage this process for you.
