These micro-credentials can be completed individually or stacked to achieve the NZ Certificate in Business (Introduction to Team Leadership) (Level 3).

FAQ

Yes, there is the potential for you to run a training programme with our company at no cost. The NZ Government funds us to partner with companies throughout New Zealand to improve the literacy and numeracy capabilities of their employees. If your staff meet the funding criteria and you don’t wish to engage in unit standards, we may be able to offer all the training free of charge.

We have run training programmes throughout New Zealand, from Whangarei to Dunedin. We can basically train anywhere in the country with enough planning and notice. We have a wide network of trainers that we collaborate with on a national scale.

We are a Category 1 NZQA training provider. We have been in business for nearly 20 years and have a strong reputation for delivering high-quality training programmes that help improve the productivity of businesses.

To attract government funding, your staff must be NZ residents or citizens, and they must meet our NZQA and LNAAT assessment requirements. In addition, our programmes must be 30 to 80 hours long, have 8 to 12 learners in a group, and run 3 to 6 hours per week. You have a wide range of training topics to choose from, such as workplace communication skills, leadership, health and safety, financial literacy, digital literacy, ESOL & CIP.
