It can be hard adapting to a fast-changing digital environment - especially when basic digital skills are lacking to begin with.
Without digital skills, communication can be made difficult, misunderstandings can arise and critical messages may be missed. Workplace productivity can be hindered and your team can be prevented from reaching their full potential.
It’s vital to equip your people with the necessary digital skills your business needs to stay competitive.
Our Digital Skills programmes will help your employees adapt a digital mindset to help them understand and confidently use digital technologies.
Yes, there is the potential for you to run a training programme with our company at no cost. The NZ Government funds us to partner with companies throughout New Zealand to improve the literacy and numeracy capabilities of their employees. If your staff meet the funding criteria and you don’t wish to engage in unit standards, we may be able to offer all the training free of charge.
To attract government funding, your staff must be NZ residents or citizens, and they must meet our NZQA and LNAAT assessment requirements. In addition, our programmes must be 30 to 80 hours long, have 8 to 12 learners in a group, and run 3 to 6 hours per week. You have a wide range of training topics to choose from, such as workplace communication skills, leadership, health and safety, financial literacy, digital literacy, ESOL & CIP.
